Contractor: ACA Healthcare Lead Generation Specialist
About The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about helping people in your community access essential healthcare? We are looking for motivated and driven independent contractors to join our team for a critical lead generation campaign focused on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and finding affordable health insurance options.
This is a, contract-based position with flexible hours, perfect for someone who is self-disciplined and excels in a goal-oriented environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
Community Engagement: Outreaching to individuals to discuss their healthcare needs and determine if they may qualify for ACA plans.
Pre-Qualification: Asking a set of specific, pre-qualifying questions to ensure the individual meets the criteria for a lead.
Lead Submission: Accurately entering qualified prospects' information into our dedicated lead portal.
Verification Support: Guiding the customer through a mandatory call-in process to verify their submitted information, which is the final step before they are contacted by a licensed agent.
Compliance: Adhering strictly to all campaign guidelines, company policies, and compliance regulations related to the ACA and lead generation.
As an ACA Healthcare Lead Generation Specialist, your main goal will be to identify and submit qualified leads for licensed insurance agents. Your daily tasks will include:

Highly Motivated and Goal-Oriented: This is a commission-based or per-lead contract role, so a strong drive to succeed and meet submission targets is essential.
Excellent Communicators: Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills are crucial for engaging with the community.
Detail-Oriented: Able to accurately capture and submit customer information into the portal.
Self-Disciplined: Comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule in a remote environment.
Technology Proficient: Capable of efficiently using online tools and our lead portal system.
Ethically Minded: Committed to helping customers with integrity and adhering to all compliance standards.
Requirements:
Proof of eligibility to work as an independent contractor.
Reliable computer/laptop and high-speed internet access.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, outreach, or lead generation is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided on the specific campaign details and compliance requirements.
